💌 Shipping

How much is shipping?
We offer affordable, simple shipping options to keep things magical without breaking the bank:

  • Sticker Orders ship for $1.25 via USPS stamped letter mail (no tracking).

  • Art Print Orders ship for $1.75 via USPS rigid mailer with non-machinable stamp (no tracking).

  • Mixed or Bulk Orders (stickers + prints) ship for $2.75.

  • Sketchbook Orders ship for $4.50 via USPS First-Class Package with tracking included.

  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders $25 and up! ✨

Do you offer tracking?
Tracking is included automatically on:

  • Sketchbook orders

  • Large bundle orders

  • Any order that selects Tracked Shipping at checkout ($4.50)

Sticker and art print orders ship as lightweight mail and do not include tracking to keep costs low.

When will my order ship?
We lovingly prepare and ship all orders within 3–5 business days (excluding holidays). You’ll get an email confirmation when your order is on its way!

How long will delivery take?

  • Sticker + Print Mail (no tracking): 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Tracked Packages (sketchbooks + bundles): 2–5 business days via USPS First-Class.

Where do you ship from?
All Cosmic Charms orders are shipped from beautiful Chicago, IL! 💫

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. We're working on expanding soon!

📦 Orders

Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
If you need to make a change, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.

My package says delivered, but I can't find it! What should I do?
First, check around your mailbox, front porch, neighbors, and local mailroom. Sometimes USPS scans packages early. If it doesn’t show up within 48 hours, feel free to reach out, and we’ll help guide you through next steps!

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
We’d be happy to help if your orders haven’t shipped yet! Send us an email with your order numbers, and we’ll do our best to combine them.

What materials do you use for your products?
All Cosmic Charms products are made with love using quality papers, durable stickers, and magical finishing touches. We hand-assemble and package everything ourselves to make sure it’s full of good energy!

Will the colors look exactly like they do online?
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and the natural differences between digital screens and printed products. Rest assured—we do everything we can to make sure the magic translates beautifully!

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
At this time, we’re focused on our current product collections. Custom orders may be available in the future—be sure to sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!
